SERVICES FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED AND PATIENTS IN NEED OF LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE
If you are hearing impaired, assistance services are available free of charge.
We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
We provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages
Please notify a member of our staff if you need any of these services.
