In response to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and in an effort to ensure timely and safe care for our patients, Optim Orthopedics and Optim Health System are now offering Telehealth appointments.

These virtual visits allow you to stay home to help mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19 while still providing you direct access to your orthopedic, neurosurgery, pain management, or primary care / internal medicine health care provider.

Optim Orthopedics’ essential services are still open. We are now offering Telehealth virtual visits providing you with the specialized orthopedic care you need right from the convenience and comfort of your home.

We are offering Telehealth virtual appointments at all of our orthopedics, neurosurgery, pain management, primary care, and internal medicine clinics as well.

In-Person Appointments

If you prefer to see your provider in a clinic setting, we are also still offering in-person appointments.

Please note, we do have visitor restrictions in place for all in-person appointments:

  • NO VISITORS ALLOWED / ESSENTIAL VISITORS ONLY
  • Essential Visitor are for minors and persons with disabilities needing assistance
  • Essential Visitors are considered parents / guardians, caretakers / assistants, and interpreters
  • At several clinic locations in an effort to support social/physical distancing, once checked-in, you may wait in your car and we will inform you when your provider is ready to see you in clinic

At Optim Orthopedics and Optim Health System we take the health and well-being of you, our patients, our employees and providers, and everyone in the communities we serve, very seriously. We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak through the CDC, WHO, and the Georgia and South Carolina Departments of Public Health (DPH) and update our protocols to mitigate any potential impact accordingly.
