Congratulations to Ashley Conner! She has been chosen as our 2024 Employee of the Year for Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Medical Assistant, Ashley is an excellent example of our mission and vision at Optim Health System. She is committed to enriching the lives of those she serves with her compassion, integrity and personal purpose. Her dedication to clinical quality and ensuring the patient is always put first is how our interventional pain management practice has had such a positive impact on the Vidalia community and the patients we serve. Her Practice Manager, Mollie Fountain, says “Ashley is all about owning her role and being accountable. She wants her team in Savannah to feel like Vidalia is taken care of and when they come to clinic, all they need to do is help run clinic. She ensures everything else is handled. She ensures all of her patient cases, follow ups, and refills are handled. She then will help her Savannah team with any additional items they need. She is always offering to help if someone is in need. Her team has been highly complementary of her and is grateful that she joined our team. Ashley has worked hard this year to come up with efficient and accurate workflows. Our pain provider is extremely busy in this clinic, and she always has everything ready to ensure we stay on time and enter all accurate data. She has come up with several workflows for following up on MRI patients, injection patients, and Botox patients.”
