Congratulations to Lauren Hadden! She has been chosen as our employee of the quarter for 4th quarter 2024 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Surgery Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist0, Lauren is has had quite the second half of a year! She was promoted from Front Desk Receptionist at our Reidsville clinic to Surgery Coordinator for our new ENT service line in Vidalia. As a part of this transition, she provided assistance in training her replacement at the Reidsville clinic while learning all she could about our new otolaryngology procedures and surgeries. She has assisted with the Front Desk Receptionist duties at Vidalia ENT as the practice opened in October and is growing with all new patient referrals. Her efforts have been a key to the health system’s ability to successfully open the ENT clinic and start evaluating and treating them in 4th quarter 2024. Her Practice Manager, Mollie Fountain, says “Lauren always maintains a positive and professional attitude with her colleagues and patients. She is always complimented by her patients and teammates regarding her bubbly personality. Our team members always beg me to have her work alongside them. Lauren is always looking for more efficient ways to complete workflows. In her surgical coordinator role, she is always looking for better ways to process surgery scheduling, while ensuring all pertinent data is entered. She also works with her clinical team to improve clinic workflows.”
