BIOGRAPHY
Jade Giordano, MS, LAT, ATC, joins Optim Sports Medicine as an athletic trainer at Savannah Country Day, working alongside Brooke Ward.
Jade has clinical experience in high school, clinical, and competitive sports settings. Team USA selected her as the athletic trainer for the Women’s Masters Field Hockey Team during an international tour in Belgium.
Her areas of focus include injury prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation, emergency care, and return-to-play decisions.
