Congratulations to Jana Smith! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for August 2024 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work both as a Front Desk Receptionist and as Medical Assistant, Jana is always professional and takes the initiative to find solutions for our patients. Her Practice Manager, Tina Parham, says “All of her colleagues and providers know if they ask for her help she will handle it with a positive approach and calm expertise.”
