Congratulations to Pamela Everett! She has been chosen as our employee of the quarter for 1st quarter 2025 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Front Desk Receptionist, Pam has consistently “owned” her clinic in every possible way. Her efforts have been a key to the health system’s ability to successfully grow the visit volume at this OMCT and PSA provider clinic. Her Practice Manager, Krissy Miller, says “ Pam’s ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results on time is impressive. Her proactive approach in planning and managing her time reflects her strong organizational skills. Pam is able to keep up with her daily tasks and also provide coverage at other offices when needed. She goes above and beyond to make sure her team members have the support they need. Pam is the true heart and soul of the Swainsboro office. She makes sure that the office runs like a well-oiled machine. She has taken charge of ordering and ensuring that the office remains stocked with all necessary supplies. She stays in constant communication with management and helps to resolve any issues that may arise. She also works closely with the staff at Emanuel Medical Center. During the Hurricane Helene event, Pam traveled to the Swainsboro office on a daily basis ~ including the weekend days ~ to investigate if electricity and internet were restored. She took this upon herself due to her dedication to our patients being first.”
