Congratulations to Stacy Webb! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for December 2024 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Surgery Coordinator, Stacy is always professional and offers assistance to do whatever is needed for her patients and her team. In her time with Dr. Stevenson and the Optim Neurosurgery team, she has made a significant impact in helping patients chose Optim Medical Center Tattnall as their hospital of choice. Her Practice Manager, Jenna Helton, says “When I first took the manager role in Macon, Stacy told me she would help me wherever she could and lend a hand with whatever I needed. One of my favorite quotes she has made is that “this job isn’t just on one person, we are a team.” I love the fact that whatever problem comes about I know she will handle it just as I would. Stacy always has a positive attitude even when she is stressed. She always tries to accommodate the patient and helps anyway she can to achieve the goal of surgery. Stacy has the ability to speak to patients in a way that they truly feel taken care of.”
