Karen B. Anderson grew up in Augusta, GA but has been a resident of Sylvania since the mid 1970s. She and her husband Larry, originally from Sylvania, have been married for over 40 years. Larry moved back to Sylvania after working with several fast food franchises and is now retired. They have one son, Alan, who is married. Karen and Larry have a rescue dog and during free time you can find them bird watching and working in their yard. They shag dance and like to visit and travel with friends.
Karen B. Anderson, FNP-BC has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 25 years and is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is Board Certified in Primary Care in Adult and Family Health Nursing Practice.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society during her undergraduate nursing education because of her excellent scholarship and nurse leadership achievements.
