Congratulations to Robin Rowland! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for March 2025 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Medical Assistant, Robin is a team leader and looked up to by her teammates as a source of knowledge. Her Practice Manager, Mollie Fountain, says ” Robin is one of our LPNs in the Reidsville orthopedic clinic. She was new to the orthopedic specialty when she joined us. She has consistently impressed the physicians she works with. She was eager to learn and has been dedicated to our providers and patients for this past year. Robin has excellent customer service. She is warm and welcoming and is great at keeping patients comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. She always remains calm in stressful situations and has created strong bonds with all of her providers. She ensures to work efficiently and has great attention to detail. She maintains great attendance and a positive attitude every day.”
