Congratulations to Rachel Moore! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for January 2025 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Medical Assistant, Rachel is positive, professional, patient, punctual, thorough, kind and ALWAYS stays one step ahead of her provider. Her Practice Manager, Krissy Miller, says “Rachel lives by our core value of patient first. Patients love her and her kind spirit. Patients are always complimenting Rachel on the care that she provides them. Rachel recently went above and beyond to get an injection approved for a patient. The insurance company denied it the first time but Rachel did not give up. She called the insurance company again and was able to get the approval. She knew how badly the patient needed to receive the injection. We are so happy to have her on our team and we are so grateful to her and her dedication to our patients.”
