Congratulations to Hope Harley! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for February 2025 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Medical Assistant, Hope is a team leader and looked up to by her teammates as a source of knowledge when it comes to interventional pain procedures and anything Hegarty. Her Practice Manager, Monford Russell, says “Hope’s professional performance is always on display at each clinic she runs. Even down one medical assistant, Dr. Hegarty’s busy clinic remains running smoothly with all prep and prescriptions being completed. When asked if she needs help with any of the prep or prescriptions she simply answers “I’ve already got it.” Anyone who has worked a Hegarty clinic knows how much work and attention to detail that takes! Hegarty’s patients love her and know they can rely on her to promptly return calls and answer their questions accurately.”
