Congratulations to Yolanda Browning! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for October 2024 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Medial Assistant, Yolanda is always professional and offers assistance to do whatever is needed. From Interventional Pain Management to Sports Medicine to Orthopedic Spine and General Orthopedic Surgery, she is skilled at assisting all of our various providers at our Hinesville clinic! Her Practice Manager, Monford Russell, says “She transitions effortlessly between pain management and orthopedics and makes sure that each of her clinics runs smoothly and the providers have whatever their specific needs may be. She has made a concerted effort this month to drive pain procedures for Dr. Niederwanger to the Tattnall hospital to help increase his numbers at the hospital. Yolanda Is the quintessential team player. She helps out in every aspect of the clinic and makes sure that if other MA’s are there that they know where to find everything and trains new colleagues when they come to Hinesville for the first time.”
