Congratulations to Amanda Blalock! She has been chosen as our employee of the month for November 2024 for our Optim Health System Physician Clinic team. Nominated for her work as a Radiology Tech & a Medial Assistant, Amanda is always professional and offers assistance to do whatever is needed. A prior employee with Optim Health System at our Swainsboro clinic, she left due to a family relocation out of our service area. Our good luck saw her return to our service area, where she promptly rejoined us at our Dublin and Sandersville practices. We are so happy to have her back with us! Her Practice Manager, Tina Parham, says “Amanda recently came back to Optim as the travel technologist but soon after was recruited to the Hanson team due to ability to adapt and keep up with high amount of patient volume. She has taken it upon herself to help our new team members get up to speed on all the processes it takes to run a smooth clinic. Her attitude is always positive and she makes it easy for her team members to come to her to ask questions. Amanda thinks about the big picture and not just what tasks she has to complete. She is willing to travel 3 days per week and shows that she is selfless and does what it takes to keep everything running smoothly. I am so thankful to have her on my team.”
