BIOGRAPHY

Jaime Johnson, MS, LAT, ATC is the Head Athletic Trainer at Bacon County High School. Jaime is originally from Folkston, GA and obtained her BOC certification in May of 2021.  She is also a licensed athletic trainer in the states of Pennsylvania and Georgia.

Jaime graduated from Georgia Southern University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training in May of 2021.  During her time at Georgia Southern, she gained clinical experience with Effingham County High School, GSU women’s basketball, GSU women’s tennis, GSU baseball, and GSU Football.

She graduated from West Chester University in West Chester, PA with her Masters of Science in Athletic Training in May 2023.  She was a graduate assistant athletic trainer and served as a preceptor at Bayard Rustin High School for two years.  During her time at WCU, she defended and published her thesis on “The Effects of Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization on the Lower Extremity: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.”
